Cheryl Baker, Mike Nolan and Jay Aston - as part of Bucks Fizz - were one of the most successful bands of the 1980's selling 15 million records worldwide. They shot to fame by winning the Eurovision Song Contest in 1981 with "Making Your Mind Up" and concluded with 3 number one singles.
The Velcro skirts, toned bodies and handsome faces helped bring the music to life earning them popularity, which lives on for a generation of fans.
Now they are back, reunited, with a new name and set to release new music! With an autumn tour around the corner the band needed help to get back in shape.
FamouslyFit.com has been called in to help the band turn back the years by taking control of their diets, personal training and life coaching. The team headed by Celebrity Nutritionist Ann Mather and World Champion Athlete Sarah Donohue will turn their lives upside down in an attempt to turn back the years.
Making them look like they did in 1981 will be a challenge 3 decades on; can they deal with the pressure? Will they survive the cake cravings or will wine, chips and chocolate get the better of them? Can the stars cope with the intense physical training programme? What tricks, lotions and potions will be thrown their way?
Mountain climbing, cycling, swimming, aerobics, running, Pilates, boot camp, fitness competitions, weight training.
Turning back the years and making the OBF - formerly Bucks Fizz - young again is another piece of Fizz magic that could add to the legacy and help make the new chapter special and memorable for all the fans.
